AutoDetect 34
Turning on AutoDetect involves a simple combination of keystrokes at the time of the
exam. Up to that point, everything is the same as for a manual exam.
NOTE: Al-
ways have the
person stand
facing the
camera, and
RIGHT shoul-
der toward the
camera.
1. Select either Exam (Three dot pattern in the AP, two dot pat-
tern in the lateral)
2. Move the mouse over a target dot.
3. Press Ctrl-Shift and while holding down those keys, Left Click.
You will see an hourglass appear and the exam will be performed
on the image that was selected.
Repeat the procedure for the other image.
IMPORTANT!
If you select "Screening" make sure there are only six dots (Head,
shoulders, hips) in the AP view and two dots (Ear and center of shoul-
der) in the lateral view. More dots will cause a recognition failure.
If you select "Exam" make sure you have the full compliment of
dots as shown in the picture.
