                Tendons connect muscles to bones and transmit the force of muscle contractions to
                create movement. Ligaments, on the other hand, connect bones to each other and
                provide stability to joints.



                Posture analysis studies the alignment and position of these structures to identify
                potential issues that may affect overall health and function. Poor posture can lead to a
                range of musculoskeletal problems, such as back pain, neck pain, and joint stiffness.



                Research has shown that posture can also affect other aspects of health, including
                breathing, digestion, and even mood. For example, slouching can compress the lungs
                and make it harder to take deep breaths, while sitting with a rounded back can increase
                feelings of depression and anxiety.
