Treatment: The patient was prescribed a
series of exercises to correct her posture,
including scapular retraction exercises,
shoulder blade squeezes, and chin
tucks. She was also advised to take
frequent breaks from sitting and to
perform stretches throughout the day.
Outcome: After six weeks of treatment,
Ms. A reported a signi cant reduction in
shoulder pain and improved range of
motion. She continued with her posture
correction exercises and was able to
return to her daily activities without
experiencing pain.
Case Study 2: Low Back Pain in an
Athlete
Mr. B, a 28-year-old athlete, presented
with low back pain that had been
present for several months. He reported
experiencing pain while running and
performing other physical activities. The
pain was not responsive to rest or over-
the-counter pain medications.
