                Appendix B: Case Studies

In this appendix, we present real-life
                case studies that demonstrate the
                practical application of posture analysis

                in various healthcare settings. These
                cases provide valuable insights into
how posture analysis can be used to

                identify and address musculoskeletal
                imbalances and improve overall health
                outcomes.

Case Study 1: Shoulder Pain in a Desk
                Worker

                Ms. A, a 35-year-old desk worker,
                presented with chronic shoulder pain.
                She reported experiencing pain while
performing daily tasks such as reaching
for objects and typing on her computer.

The pain had been present for several
months and was not responsive to rest
                or over-the-counter pain medications.

                Posture Analysis: Upon examination,
Ms. A exhibited forward head posture,
                rounded shoulders, and a hunched

                upper back. Her scapulae were
                protracted and rotated downward, which
                contributed to her shoulder pain.
