The alignment of our joints is crucial to maintaining good posture. When our joints are
properly aligned, our muscles can work together e ciently, allowing us to move with
ease and without pain. However, if the alignment of our joints is off, we may experience
muscle tension, which can lead to discomfort and even injury.
One of the most common causes of joint misalignment is poor posture. When we sit or
stand in a slouched position for extended periods, our joints can become misaligned,
causing muscle tension and pain. Additionally, certain activities, such as sports or
repetitive motions, can also cause joints to become misaligned over time.
Muscle tension is often a result of joint misalignment. When our joints are not properly
aligned, our muscles have to work harder to compensate, leading to tightness and
tension. This tension can be felt in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips, and can lead to
discomfort and pain.
