Advanced Report Module 66
With these three report options, plus the new Quick Com-
parison feature, you have a great deal of flexibility in viewing
or printing reports.
Understanding the Use of the Comparison Feature
When you print or view a comparison report, at the bottom
of the third page will be a text report comparing the current
exam to a previous exam. The current exam will be repre-
sented by the graph at the top of the page and the previous
exam at the bottom.
The software automatically calculates areas of improvement
or regression and displays the results in the table at the bot-
tom of the report page. At the end of the table, the report
shows the overall amount of improvement in both degrees
and percentage.
It’s important to note that the report may show both an im-
provement and regression in the same area. In the example
show on the previous page, the initial exam showed a +3
anterior cervical result and a -3 result on the second exam.
This equals three degrees of improvement, but was offset by
three degrees of regression. The formula we use will show
that these two results cancel each other in the final, overall
improvement report. So remember, it is possible to have both
an improvement and regression in the same area on the
comparison report.
