General Support Issues
Posture Pro and Support Changes for 2015
As of January 1, 2015 VenturaDesigns has changed the support and update
structure for our Posture Pro software.
SUPPORT CHANGES
1. Free support is still available through the embedded instruction
manual and the video help library located at
www.posturepro.com
2. Phone and email support for Posture Pro requires a yearly subscription
to our Posture Pro Knowledge base. Yearly support is $60 payable as a $5/mo
subscription to our Knowledgebase. You can sign up at
http://posturepro.knowledgebase.co/signup.php
3. Remote Support, Computer-to-Computer is available for a fee of $100.
If the issue cannot be resolved there is no charge for the session.
Membership must be in force before any phone, email or remote support can
be provided.
Membership in the Posture Pro Knowledgebase gives you 24/7 access to any
question ever asked about Posture Pro and access to practice building tools.
You can also submit a ticket if an issue arises that is not in the
Knowledgebase.
Posture Pro Updates
As of January 1, 2015 VenturaDesigns is terminating free updates for
Posture Pro.
The last free update is Posture Pro 8 build 1.8 and is located on the
Download page of
www.posturepro.com
Future updates will be available for purchase and the price will be based
on the features in the new version.

Our new Knowledge Base support center
allows us to provide outstanding customer support 24/7. You can search the
KB by typing in the question you want to ask. The KB will report back topics
that most likely match your request. If after reading the article(s) that
pertain to your question you still don't have the information you need, you
can submit a support ticket. That ticket will be forwarded to an SME
(subject matter expert) for a prompt reply. That response will then be added
to the KB so it will continue to grow in knowledge.
Members will have access to special tools to help grow your
posture based practice. Images, software, documents, video and special
access to SME's will all be a part of these special resources. Visit our KB
and join our e-mail list to receive more information as it becomes
available.
